Getting a group away together should be the easy part. It usually isn't.
Someone needs a direct flight. Someone else found a cheaper fare and wants to book it themselves. One couple wants a quiet room, another wants to be near the pool. Half the group is flying from a different city. Your brother-in-law hasn't replied to anything in three weeks. And everyone's budget is different.
Family reunions, milestone birthdays, groups of friends, retirees travelling together: we plan group trips for ten people to well over a hundred, and it's one of our favourite parts of the job.

Two ways to travel together
Pick a destination, pick a week, invite whoever you want. We handle everything from there: reunions, milestone birthdays, anniversaries, groups of friends who travel together every year, or just a year when everyone could finally get away at once.
We've booked groups from ten people to well over a hundred. If your list runs to great-grandparents, cousins and everyone's kids, that's not a problem. It's a Tuesday.
Tell us about your group
Alongside the groups we plan for you, we reserve space on trips we design ourselves, then open them up so you can simply join. Set dates, a set price, and you only need to bring your own people. We bring the rest of the group.
Thailand 2027 is our first: twelve days from Bangkok to Chiang Mai to Phuket, July 25 to August 5. It's built around younger children, so it requires a child aged 6 to 17 in your party. More are in the works, including trips for adult families and for travellers without children.

Group scattered across three provinces? Four? We book them all and make sure everyone lands within a sensible window of each other.
Connecting rooms for families with young children. Ground floor for anyone who'd rather not take the stairs. A quiet wing for the couple who wants one.
Everyone pays their own way, on their own schedule. Nobody has to chase money from the rest of the group.
Quoted and arranged for every traveller, explained in plain terms so people know what they've actually bought.
We chase deposits, passport details, and insurance forms. You stay the person who suggested a nice holiday.
Once you're on your trip, we're reachable around the clock for anything urgent. Before you go, we work regular business hours and usually reply within one business day.
A good trip for everyone
Every year we plan 25 to 30 group trips: destination weddings across Mexico, the Caribbean and Costa Rica, family reunions, milestone trips and groups of friends. Some are ten people. Some are well over a hundred.
We're a mother-daughter team, and we know the person organizing a group trip usually enjoys that part the least. That's the part we take off your plate.
